At the Awards and Merit Evening held last Friday in the Hall of Honour at the University of Montreal, Christian Beaulieu, President and CEO of Clareo Dental Network, announced the renewal of the organization’s philanthropic commitment to the UdeM Faculty of Dentistry for a period of five years, accompanied by a donation of $250,000.
A 100% Quebec-owned company, Clareo Dental Network, has been a partner and donor of the Faculty since 2023. Through this renewed philanthropic commitment, the organization reaffirms its support for the next generation of dentists and for dental research projects conducted at the University of Montreal.
This significant donation will notably allow for the continued development of Dentabanque, the University of Montreal’s first large patient database in dentistry. This project aims to support researchers in improving oral health care and the future of healthcare. The data collected will allow them to identify trends, develop forecasts, and validate their research results.
In addition to its research support, Clareo also plans to award several scholarships to the Faculty of Dentistry student community. These include clinical research initiation scholarships and scientific outreach scholarships. Furthermore, as an agile partner, Clareo is committed to supporting the Faculty in any other initiatives as needed.
